Sandcastle Kids Counseling is hiring part-time and full-time positions for either a Resident in Counseling or a Licensed Professional Counselor. Supervision

Supervision: One of the things I (Dr. Crosby) enjoy is providing supervision to clinicians who are working towards licensure. As a supervisor, I operate from a developmental approach, focusing on the needs of the supervisee in terms of client cases and professional development, as well as working to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. I believe that the fit between supervisor and supervisee is very important, as there can be an inherent sense of vulnerability within the relationship. Therefore, I offer a free initial meeting so that we can get to know one another and then make a decision about whether I would be a good fit for your needs.
